Change in Degroof Petercam's Management Board

 Degroof Petercam and François Wohrer, member of the Management Board and Director of Bank Degroof Petercam in charge of Investment Banking, have agreed that he will step down from his position to pursue new professional challenges. 

Pending the appointment of his successor, continuity will be ensured, Global Markets activities will report to Hugo Lasat (CEO Degroof Petercam) and Corporate Finance activities to respectively Hugo Lasat and Hanif Mohamed (Group General Counsel of Degroof Petercam).
