January 30, 2026

Brussels, 30 January 2026 – Degroof Petercam has officially inaugurated EverLight, its new space in Brussels dedicated to hosting clients, training employees and facilitating exchanges. The historic townhouse located at 14 rue Guimard has been transformed into a central venue for clients, employees and the group’s various entities. This opening reflects the institution’s ambition to strengthen connections, encourage innovation and anticipate future needs.
A new chapter for a historic building
EverLight is located in the heart of Brussels, positioned between Degroof Petercam’s historic headquarters and another of its buildings, creating a seamless link between the two sites. Built in 1851, the building has a rich history and has housed various institutions over the years. It notably served as the headquarters of the Royal Belgian Football Association from 1920 to 1977, before being occupied by TotalEnergies. The remarkable glass roof that now crowns the building, designed by the architectural firm Philippe Samyn and Partners, was added in the 1990s, giving the site its distinctive architectural character.
A space dedicated to clients, teams and collaboration
Following a complete renovation, EverLight now features a state‑of‑the‑art 200‑seat auditorium as well as several meeting and training rooms. This configuration provides a contemporary and flexible environment, ideal for hosting events for clients and employees, and designed to foster interaction and collaboration.
Sylvie Huret, CEO of Degroof Petercam, commented:
"We seized a unique opportunity to acquire and transform this building into a collaborative space dedicated to sharing and innovation. It is here that we will continue to strengthen our ties with clients, nurture talent and shape the future of our investment house together, in a harmonious setting that brings our teams and ambitions together."
