Degroof Petercam strengthens governance of its Global Markets and Corporate Finance activities

Brussels, November 21, 2025 - Given the increasing importance of Global Markets and Corporate Finance activities within the Indosuez group, the Management Committee (CoDir) of Degroof Petercam has decided to include representation of these two business lines within its Executive Committee (ComEx). From now on, in Belgium, our activities will be structured around four main pillars: Wealth Management, Investment Management, Global Markets, and Corporate Advisory (the new name for our corporate finance activity).

This evolution reflects our desire to provide more cross-functionality and visibility to the group’s key areas of expertise, while ensuring governance that matches our development ambitions.

In this context, we are pleased to announce that Laurent Pierret, Head of Global Markets, is joining the ComEx. Corporate Advisory activities will be represented on the Executive Committee by Alexis Meeùs, Head of Corporate Advisory. Both Laurent and Alexis are reporting to Sylvie Huret, CEO of Bank Degroof Petercam and Mathieu Ferragut, Head of Advisory, Financing and Coverage.
