Key leadership transitions at DPAM
Further strengthening governance with three senior appointments

Brussels, Belgium – 18 December 2025, 2025 –DPAM (Degroof Petercam Asset Management), the public market arm of the Investment Management pillar of Indosuez Wealth Management, is proceeding to key appointments in its executive leadership team as part of its ongoing commitment to robust governance and future growth.
Yves Ceelen: co-CEO at DPAM
A member of DPAM’s Executive Committee, Yves previously served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for the Global Balanced strategy and Head of Institutional Portfolio Management. Over his 14-year tenure at DPAM, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision. His deep industry expertise and strong understanding of clients’ needs position him perfectly to guide DPAM through its next phase of growth. Working in tandem with Peter De Coensel, Yves will further strengthen DPAM’s presence in public markets and reinforce its commitment to delivering value for clients.
Johan Van Geeteruyen: Head of Institutional Portfolio Management
With Yves Ceelen assuming his new mandate, Johan Van Geeteruyen, currently CIO Fundamental Equity, will take over Yves’ day-to-day responsibilities as Head of Institutional Portfolio Management. In doing so he will return to his roots as he was previously in charge of institutional portfolios from 1998 to 2021. Johan’s proven track record in managing institutional mandates for professional clients ensures a seamless transition.
Didier Van De Veire: CIO Equity
To succeed Johan Van Geeteruyen, DPAM has appointed Didier Van De Veire as CIO Equity. Didier Van De Veire began his career at Petercam Asset Management, progressing from buy-side analyst to leading European equity funds. He later expanded his expertise internationally as Head of Europe in the Equities Department and member of the investment committee at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, a leading sovereign fund, where he managed investment teams, demonstrating seasoned leadership at the highest international level. His extensive market experience and strategic vision will be a major asset to DPAM in his new role as CIO Fundamental Equity.
